This is a blog about the next 100 days of my life. I'm 32 and I've just learnt I have high blood pressure which given the last two years is no surprise. Tomorrow I'm going to start my new healthy lifestyle of daily exercise, relaxation and overall spiritual growth. My daily routine will involve 30 minutes of tai chi, 30 minutes of swimming, 1 hour of walking, 30 minutes of massage along with other 'treats' along the way.
